Terms and Conditions

We will work with you diligently to understand and evaluate your current budget, goals and resources; begin developing a strategy to meet and exceed your goals; and recommend specific courses of action we believe you should take.

Coaching sessions are typically one hour in length.   After the introductory meeting, additional ongoing coaching may be recommended if both the client and the coach wish to continue the relationship.

Payment is due at the time the appointment is scheduled.  If you cannot attend your session please let us know via email at least 24 hours in advance.  If you give less than 24 hours notice, you may have to pay again to reschedule.

If you miss a time slot that was reserved for you without any advance notice, that time that was reserved for you is gone.  No refunds or free reschedules are available.  You may pay for another time slot if desired.

All coaching will be subject to these general policies: 1) coaching appointments are for individuals.  Individuals that are part of a couple may each receive separate coaching sessions.  No joint or group sessions are available.  2) you are paying for time and expertise.  What you do with that time and expertise is up to you.  We do not not offer a money-back guarantee.

If there is information, documents, or materials we ask you to provide in advance: These must be received in our office two full business days in advance of your scheduled appointment. If any requested materials, documents or information is not submitted within that time frame, we may reschedule your coaching session. You assume all responsibility for providing accurate and complete materials, documentation, and facts upon which our coaching may be based.

Our confidentiality policy is this: We will keep completely confidential all matters discussed, facts revealed, and the nature and content of all documents you have provided to us or that we generate. We will reveal such matters only upon receipt of a written authorization and clear, verifiable instructions from you telling us exactly what we may reveal.

Our only disclaimer is this: During the course of the financial coaching program, we may share with you information and/or independent research, education, or opinions on stocks, funds, insurance products and other services using outside sources believed, but not guaranteed, to be accurate. In no case should this data be construed as a solicitation to buy or sell any investment or product. Financial coaching is not a replacement for financial advice and planning services; rather it enables you to work with financial advisors, planners and brokers more effectively. We work strictly on a fee-for-service basis, and do not accept commissions or other remuneration from any brokerage or financial services firm.  We will not provide legal, accounting, or investment advice.

We can, and do, promise you this: We will tell you what we believe you need to hear; we will offer a plan with clear direction, and we will be available to you.
