Improve bone density and build muscle in the privacy of a one on one session with a Certified Personal Trainer.
Package includes 8 sessions, each at 30 minutes. Start once a week to ease in, or twice a week for best results!
Sessions will be scheduled between 2 PM and 6 PM Eastern time Monday – Thursday at my home in Stuart, FL or via Zoom.
